Often, stories are a vehicle for us to learn from the actions of others.

But that doesn’t mean only successes. It can be failures as well too.

Making a mistake doesn’t make us look down upon a character. Instead, it’ll likely help us relate.

Don’t be shy about giving your characters opportunities to learn and grow. If you do it right, we’ll cheer them on because it gives us hope we can change too.
