Production costs
Here is a practical tip.
Initially, my writing partner and I didn't factor in the total cost, and we lost money for every book sold.
Consider all the production costs in the price. Add up the printing, editing, shipping expenses and anything else that went into creating the final product. Then divide that number by the number of books, which will give the clearest indicator of your production costs.
Hopefully, you don't make the same mistake.
