The Fall
In many stories, we want your character to succeed. We want them to be happy. We want the best for them.
But we know it can't last.
If we have any sense of the time left in the narrative, we'll know that a fall is coming. Things will break, and the wheels will come off.
We never want the narrative to stay happy but know it never can. Being happy for too long only makes the story boring.
So falls happen. They hurt us, the readers and viewers. But we also know they're meant to be.
We only hope that you'll be willing to return to the writing so that we can see your characters will succeed in the end because that's what we care about.
