Tiny Writing Habit
In his book Tiny Habits, BJ Fogg says:
Behavior happens when three things come together at the same moment: Motivation, Ability, and a Prompt.
You may not always be highly motivated to write, but you can always make it easier.
When you are struggling, don’t try to go big. Don’t expect to write several hours or thousands of words. Try for twenty minutes or a few hundred words. Or go lower than that.
Build the writing habit small and straightforward. Longer sessions may come, but tiny is the way to begin.
