Another riff on non-conflict stories.

What if the story wasn’t about action and response?
What if it wasn’t about conflict?
What if it wasn’t about changing, fixing, resisting, or controlling?

What if it was about observing?
What if it was about learning?
What if it was about letting go?

We cannot escape conflict or the back-and-forth of action and response. But writing a story about growing instead of fighting is a type of story I’m interested in learning to tell.
